5 month room sub rent in Greenwich

Hi there,
I’m out of the country for 5 months starting January17th and shall be subletting my room in a 3 bedroom apartment in Greenwich.

Rent is 630 pounds a month and this includes all utilities, wifi, cable (incl. Skye Sports), and a cleaner who comes twice a month.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which share a bathroom and a smaller washroom, so there’s usually plenty of hot water and people don’t get in each other’s way in the mornings. Additionally, the kitchen is well sized with a dish washer and a washing machine. There is a decent sized living room with a balcony overlooking the Thames.

The apartment is a nice development just a 10min walk to central Greenwich with restaurants, bars, and the park which is great for running. There’s a Sainsbury and Tesco local a 5 minute walk away, and a big Waitrosse in between the apartments and central Greenwich.

Commuting you have the DLR in Greenwich which will take you to Bank in about 15-20mins, or transfer onto the Jubilee in about 10. The 188 bus runs 24 hours and stops right in front of the complex on Creek Road. And finally you have the rail stop in Greenwich and Deptford in about a 10-15min walk.

Sharing the flat is an Irish lawyer and Welsh engineer. Both easy going guys who are socialable, train for triathlons, and like watching rugby (6 Nations time should be fun). With the cleaners coming twice a month this keeps organizing the apartment fairly straight forward. Take out the trash and recycling when needed, contribute to buying tin foil, paper towels and what not as needed as well.

In looking for someone to sublet until June 18th, a guy is required, who is preferably mature and professional, but also social. This isn’t really a party flat, but of course friends, family, and girlfriends come over. And as the weather warms up BBQs overlooking the river are always nice.
