We are offering a double room within a professional house share with our two very friendly cats. The house is located right next to the Thames River Path in the heart of Greenwich, next to The Royal Navel College, and a 3 min walk from the park.

Quiet double bedroom for 1-person occupancy (no couples) has extensive built-in cupboards with lots of storage space. The house is double glazed throughout, a downstairs bathroom with an electric shower over the bath, a lounge with a double futon for guests, TV, broadband, a large well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and breakfast table. a large private rear garden space with outside table and chairs, barbecue and your own shed large enough to hang a bike or for extra storage.

The following bills are included in the rent price of £700pcm: Council Tax, water, gas, electricity, TV and internet. Not included are landline phone and parking permits if you have a car (£90 from the council).

We are outgoing and hard working professional couple in our 30's. We like a gig, barbecue, gathering on occasions, chill out with friends around a fire, watch movies, go cycling, swimming, yoga, cinema, walking up mountains on trips to wales, scuba diving, adventure travelling. We are looking for a likewise housemate who is cat friendly.

No pets (we already have 2 lovely ones!)
