Group of 3 friendly students looking for a 4th student to join a shared house in rural area. Within the Royal borough of Greenwich, the house is conveniently located just a short walking distance from North Greenwich tube station and has excellent transport links. There is a cinema, supermarket just 2 minutes away as well as more high street shops a further 5 minutes. The house interior is modern, recently renovated and we operate as a team to keep it clean. The kitchen and living room are both spacious and substantial, which we often use to socialise together.
This house would suit someone that is up for a laugh, tidy and looking for a homely atmosphere. The tenant would ideally be a student as we are exempt from council tax.
