River View. Superb Ensuite Double (All Bills Inc).

Hi All!

This is an ad for the ensuite double room I have in my 3 bedroom flat - please see the video. Parking is also available for an additional cost (as it's currently rented out).

I was a live in landlord but i'm moving out so the best room in the flat is up for grabs. The Room is furnished and spacious with:

- A brand new double bed from Highgrove beds with a brand new top of the range memory foam mattress. The base of the bed also has four storage draws for your belongings.
- A two door wardrobe
- A three draw chest of draws
- A large opening balcony access door overlooking to the river.
- 2 x two draw bed side draws
- A 48 inch UHD Samsung TV connected to its own HD Sky box and internet (netflix/amazon tv)
- A large body length mirror
- Ensuite has the best shower and plenty of cabinet storage with shaver socket.

The Apartment itself is in New Capital Quay and has a direct view of the Thames River/Canary Wharf (i. e. nothing in between us and the river and you can literally see the water washing up!). This is made possible by the huge balcony that spans across the whole Apartment and it was incredible last summer and this one has been no different. The bar table and stools are one of the nicest features. You can work, eat and drink out there - it's awesome.

The living room is bright and spacious and includes a dining table with bench and 2 individual chairs, a large black leather sofa (4 people), coffee table, rug, side lamp table, table lamp, floor lamp, a 55" curved screen 4K UHD TV with Sonos Playbar and Surround Speakers :)

The kitchen is brand new with integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer and a brand new top of the range Siemens fridge/freezer. Usual microwave, kettle, toaster too as well as cutlery, pans and dishes - all new and working!

The rent is inclusive of bills which are:

The location:

The Apartment is literally a 2 minute walk from Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich DLR which takes 10 minutes to get to Canary Wharf or 21 minutes to Bank. You can also get the boat (Clipper) to the Wharf or City or the over ground from Greenwich station which is a 5 minute walk away - this is 2 stops from London Bridge (10 mins away). There is also a bus stop outside the complex that goes to London Bridge and a few other places (188, 199, N1).

If you know this area you know how scenic and beautiful it is. It's just a stone throw away from the City but feels like its own little village which is a welcome change. A few minutes walk away you will find:

- Waitrose & Costa literally downstairs
- The Sail Loft pub literally downstairs (one of the nicest pubs in Greenwich).
- The Cutty Sark itself
- The Naval College
- Greenwich Park - where i go running.
- Greenwich Market
- Greenwich Observatory
- Comedy Club across the road
- and not to mention the trendy and plentiful riverside Bars and Restaurants!

A little about Charlie and Steve:

Both are fun, sociable and easy going guys, go out to see friends and party occasionally. They're quite open and friendly but are also respectful of other peoples space. Importantly they keep the flat in a clean and tidy state.

What they're looking for:

- An easy going house mate.
- Must be clean - this is their home and not a BB! So cleaning up after yourself is a must.
- Happy to have dinner, chill out and even go out together. They don't go out too often but when they make an effort its usually pretty good.
