A bright, tidy welcoming double room, the atmosphere in the house is friendly and peaceful, ideally suitable for a individual Student or Professional. The three- bedroom house has recently been decorated consisting of brand new furniture and carpet. The modern kitchen has a semi-detached dining area that is furnished including a washing machine, new oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and a healthy grill machine. The landlord of the house is very reliable and experienced. Flexible about moving in date although as soon as possible will be preferred. No administration fee or no registration fee. One month’s deposit required plus one months rent up front, tenancy agreement between 6 – 12 months you are welcome to re new your tenancy agreement and stay longer. Minimum short term lets 3 months (short term lets rent is a higher rate) Free access on the driveway, TV & Freeview are paid by the landlord free of charge.
