Short term (2 months) large room in Greenwich!!!

Amazing room to rent in Greenwich!

Available for approx. 2 months from 10 August until 8 October. (can be flex.)

Bills will be included in the price.

The room is large, furnished, carpeted and has a double bed. Plenty of storage and hanging space, drawers, shelves and a large mirror. It is a sunny room with a breeze and windows overlooking the quiet street outside.

I will be removing all of my personal belongings so it will be a clean room (furniture and everything will still be there).

The house is shared with 3 other friendly, easygoing people in their mid 20's to early 30's. We like to socialise but everyone is respectful of each other's space. We have a kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and a shared living room with a TV. There is a garden/terrace out the back.

There are many shops & take aways in the area. Big Sainsbury's and ASDA only a 5-10 walk away! Near the ASDA is Greenwich Shopping Park where you will find H & M, River Island, WH Smith etc. 02 is very nearby!! Also two cinemas to choose from Odeon and Cineworld. There is a huge B & Q and Matalan near the Sainsbury's.

Tube:
North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line)–two bus stops outside the house on Woolwich Road you can take the 129 or the 422. Walking to the Sainsbury bus stop buses come even more frequently!

North Greenwich > Bond Street in 25 mins.

Overground:
Westcombe Park Station – 5 min walk takes you to London Bridge in 13mins

Lots of buses taking you into Greenwich, Cutty Sark, Blackheath, Lewisham and surrounding areas etc

Greenwich Park nearby is about a 15 min walk there is also Greenwich Pleasuance Park just across the road from the house.
