I'm urgently looking for a replacement housemate to take this large double room in a Greenwich shared 5 bedroom house, with 4 other lovely housemates as I have got a new job and need to relocate. The housemate needs to be a professional and we are looking for someone friendly with reasonable spoken English.

The room is one of the more spacious in the house and contains plenty of room for additional furniture. It is on the ground floor and faces onto the road so there is some noise from traffic.

The Westcombe Park area is in between Greenwich town centre, North Greenwich and Charlton, and is a safe and convenient area to live. The house is very close to Westcombe Park station (5 mins walk) and would be particularly good for anyone commuting to Canary Wharf / London Bridge / Bank. There are lots of shops and services nearby. Greenwich town centre is a short bus ride away.

I am covering the cost of the change of contract and the room inspection.

The tenancy period is until 7th Feb with a possibility of being able to renew the contract at the end. Sadly no pets allowed.
