It is a Spacious Double Bedroom with partial River View and your Own Bathroom available for rent in the heart of Greenwich.

The room is located in a newly built development, New Capital Quay, situated in the heart of Greenwich, close to many shops, bars, restaurants, the beautiful Greenwich Park and museums. Right opposite the development there is a Waitrose supermarket for convenient shopping, gym just round the corner of the block. There is also a Costa right underneath the development and a Fuller bar / restaurant Sail Loft overlooking the river.

Greenwich Railway station is only 5 min walks from the apartment which takes you to Cannon Street Station in 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop outside the complex that goes to London Bridge and a few other places.

We are live-in landlord working in the City and Westminster in the financial industry.

Minimum Contract length 3 months with one month notice period. One and a half month rent as deposit.
