Double bedroom in beautiful Greenwich apartment

Looking for a great new flatmate to share a beautiful, well-decorated Greenwich flat with fantastic views of Canary Wharf and the surrounding areas.

I'm a 29 year old sociable professional working in consulting for a Big 4 firm at London Bridge, and my other flatmate is a 27 year old consultant working in the City. We are looking for a new flatmate who is fun, tidy, reliable and happy to enjoy a night in with a movie or a glass of wine as well as those who value their own space and independence.

The apartment itself is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom, 2 balcony place with a very large lounge/kitchen and the whole place is absolutely flooded with natural light. It's part of a very small apartment block of 9 flats and is a 5 minute walk to Maze Hill overground station (11 mins to London Bridge, 14 mins to Waterloo, 15 mins to Cannon Street) and a 9 minute walk to Cutty Sark DLR for easy access to Canary Wharf and Bank. It's a new build and is very energy efficient (we have triple glazing, underfloor heating, LED lighting, etc) so bills are very low.

The area itself is very beautiful and we are just a 5 minute walk from Greenwich Park, which is a great place to go jogging or enjoy a picnic or two. We're also just 5 minutes away from the Old Naval College and well under 10 minutes from the heart of historic Greenwich that is full of great pubs, restaurants and some wonderful independent shops. You'll always find somewhere interesting to explore...and for me at least, somewhere new to find a great coffee!

The room is currently available. It's a very large double room with private access to a balcony with views of Canary Wharf and beyond. The room has a wonderfully comfortable double bed and is decorated with Habitat oak furniture and a bespoke desk. It also comes with a large sliding door wardrobe from IKEA that offers excellent storage (3 sets of hanging rails, 3 large drawers, plus shelving).
