Bright Room in modern flat (bills included)

We are looking for a flatmate to take this lovely room in our 2 bedroom flat.

This is a very bright room and you will have a partial view to the river Thames.

The flat is brand new. Your room has a double bed, mattress, big wardrobe, all brand new too. We can also provide a new desk (50cm x 75cm) if you would like to.

It´s really close to the Cutty Sark DLR station (less than 5 minutes) It´s about 15 min from Canary Wharf, 25 min from Bank. You can also take the river boat to downtown or the train at the Greenwhich station to London Bridge.

The neighborhood is lovely and safe, and you will have plenty of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, 2 gyms, the greenwhich park, etc within a walking distance.

The housemate needs to be a professional preferably (or student full time). Should be also clean/organized (important!) and able to speak English (or spanish/ portuguese).

You will share this flat with my husband and I, both 30 something. We have been living in different countries and have just arrived in the UK. We look for a flatmate that would be happy to live in a quiet but friendly house.

The rent includes:
- Eletricity, water, council tax, internet (fiber)
- Kitchen with dishwasher oven, microwave, washing machine
- Bathroom and Living room (shared)

The only bill that is not included in the price is the central heating (this will be split by 3 so should not be much).
