I'm looking for a fun, tidy and reliable flatmate to share a bright and cosy 2 bed flat, perfectly placed between Cutty Sark DLR and Greenwich Mainline stations. Room available from 06/09/2014.

Situated in a safe and friendly neighborhood, the flat has a brand new bathroom and kitchen (with balcony/bike storage) with all modern fixtures and fittings.
The sunny living room has a recently restored parquet floor with brand new sofas, flatscreen tv and a stone fireplace.

The Room

Very bright and spacious double room with a massive, fitted wardrobe/dresser. Includes new bed, orthopedic mattress, bed side table, desk, chair and beanbags! (Happy to remove any unwanted furniture!)

The Location/Amenities

Amazing location in the heart of Greenwich Village.
Cutty Sark, Royal Observatory, Greenwich Market, Maritime Museum and of course Greenwich Park (perfect for jogging!) all on the doorstep.
Hundreds of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes to explore within walking distance.
Sainsburys/Waitrose/Co-Op all 5-10min walk.

Me

I'm a 27 year old, sociable professional working for a country risk consultancy near Bank. I enjoy the usual - gigs, bars, comedy etc, nights in watching a movie with the gf (she makes a damn fine Moussaka...), keeping fit, watching the mighty Charlton Athletic break my heart at the (nearby!) Valley, travelling and generally exploring London!

I'd like to share the flat with someone fun, tidy, reliable, most likely a professional of a similar age who can enjoy the odd beer after work, evenings in front of the telly and who can appreciate the value of a perfect cup of tea.
Ideally looking for someone who will treat the whole flat as a home rather than just a room to sleep in.

Less than 5 mins walk to both Cutty Sark DLR (10 mins to Canary Wharf, 15 to Bank) and Greenwich Mainline (8 mins to London Bridge) stations.
Hundreds of nearby buses.
5 mins from Thames Clipper!
