Pricing listed is a guide price per room and the property is only to be rented out as a whole as you'll be taking over it's existing contract (which has a swap-out-claus, so should you want to leave simply find your replacement).

It's a short 5 min walk to Deptford station (1 stop to London Bridge), 10 min walk to Cutty Sark stopping at Canary Wharf and 10 min bus ride to North Greenwich station.

Local amenities include a Tescos and Sainsbury's below the building, a Waitrose 5 minutes walk and everything from Nandos to Costa 10 minutes walk inside the scenic town of Greenwich, known for is green parks and Cutty Sark.

The flat itself features a morning to evening concierge, under-wood-floor heating throughout, solar panels (heating water) and breathtaking views of the city on it's south-west facing twin balconies.

The reason for leaving is my place of work is moving to North London, another is moving in with a girlfriend and the couple in the en-suite room are currently looking to get there own place outside of the city.
