Double in a lovely central Greenwich houseshare

Hi,
My name is Maddy and I've got a room spare in the house I share in Greenwich. It's a lovely terraced house over five floors, so there's plenty of space for three! I'm doing teacher training in central London and you'd also be sharing with Will, who works in Digital Marketing. We like films, music, bad TV, running, and heading out to the pub from time to time. It's a nice friendly household.

Rent is £550 per month, and bills are on top, which are around £130 a month. The room is definitely available from 1st November, it is possible that it will be available from 13 October but we're not sure yet.

The room is a double, with additional storage space outside the room if required. It’s on the top floor. It's unfurnished although again there's some storage if you'd like.

The kitchen and sitting room are both quite big so there's plenty of space, and there are two bathrooms. There's an open fire in the sitting room which is amazing in winter (there's central heating too). There's even a garden, and a basement.

Transport links are pretty good - we're five minutes from Greenwich, with trains to London Bridge in 8 minutes, Charing Cross 15 minutes, and the DLR to Canary Wharf in 10.

We've got broadband wi-fi and Virgin Tivo.

If you've got a car, parking permits cost £92 per year.

The centre of Greenwich, the park, Market, the Thames and Blackheath all within 5 minutes walk so it's a pretty good location. There are some nice pubs and restaurants in the area, the Picturehouse in Greenwich, and the O2 a short bus ride over in North Greenwich.
