We offer our spare double room for rental to a professional, non-smoking person. We ourselves are professionals, and a married couple in our thirties. Our home is in a fantastic location:- 3 minutes walk from Cutty Sark DLR station (which is 22 mins journey to Bank); and 8 minutes walk to Greenwich mainline train station (which is just 8 minutes journey to London Bridge).
Our property is a maisonette. The double room for rental is cosy and warm on the first floor. With the shared kitchen downstairs. We share the bathroom. We also have a 2nd separate w/c.
We will consider short term and long term rentals, depending on your situation. If short term, then we will be flexible with the deposit.
