Bills are c. 150-160 per month, include council tax, broadband, electricity, heat, water, cleaner.
I am looking for someone to extend the lease with me for 6 months from 19 December to 19 June. After that you can sign the new lease on your own terms if you wish to stay in the flat longer.
There will be agency costs of 120 and 48 for reference check.
