We are moving out from our lovely 3 double bed house in East Greenwich where we have stayed for 2 years. Now, we're looking for two professionals to take up two of the rooms. Available from 1st November.

About the location:
GREEN - The street is quiet and green. A small park East Greenwich Pleasaunce is at the end of the street and Greenwich Park is just 5 mins by bus or 15 mins by walk.
CONVENIENT - Two big retail park with Sainsbury's, B&Q, Matalan, Odeon, Asda, T K Maxx and Argos is 10-15 mins by walk, and North Greenwich Station is 10 mins by bus.

About the house: It comes with a bright south-facing living room, a kitchen with plenty of space to cook and cooking utensils ready. There is one bathroom on ground floor to share.

About the rooms:
ROOM 1: Spacious double room (£480 per month) It's a large double room where there's enough room to fit in a double bed, 2 wardrobes, a sofa and desk.

ROOM 2: En-suite with extra storage space (£502 per month) This is a cozy room with its own bathroom and a small dressing space outside the bathroom.

About the rent: The rent is to be paid on a monthly basis, excluding bills. Six weeks deposit required on top of one month's rent for obtaining the room. No agency fees but fee for standard reference check. Minimum stay is 6 months.
