My name is James and I have 3 spacious double bedroomS available in a large ground floor flat in Greenwich. The flat is a 5-minute walk to Greenwich mainline & DLR links. London Bridge is only 10 minutes away and London Charing Cross only 17.

I have just had a new kitchen and bathroom put in so both are looking nice and shiney. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, washer-dryer, washing machine, etc.

The whole flat has wireless broadband.

The rooms have a top all have wood flooring. Central Greenwich is only a 5-minute walk and the river is just beyond that. Greenwich park is close by as is Blackheath and there is a Sainsbury's a 5 walk away. There is ample on street parking available from the council for a small fee.

The rooms range from £625 to £675 pcm, all bills are included (council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV licence, broadband). A cleaner will also come once a week to look after the communal areas, this is also included in the price.
