4 minute train ride to Lewisham where you get the DLR to Docklands. Greenwich, Blackheath, Eltham and Shortlands are very close by too. Bromley and Beckenham are just 10-15 mins away by bus. Late night services stop 50m from the house.

Gas central heating, fast broadband supplied to house.

Supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor's surgery, dentist, various takeaways and other usual small shops are within 3 minutes' walk. There's also a park around the corner and another one about 15 minutes' walk away.
