Homely flat share in Hackney

Homely flat share 5 minutes walk from Hackney Downs and Hackney Central Stations.

My dear flatmate haakon is moving out. He met a girl and has fallen in love and will be moving in with her. Arghhhhhh!!!! Therfore seeking a new flatmate... The property is a large basement flat in hackney next to hackney downs park. 5 minute walk to hackney downs and hackney central stations. The room available is a small double. The kitchen and living area are open plan, very cosy and fully furnished and fully equipped so probably not ideal for someone with a lot of stuff but obviously if your stuff is cooler than mine then compromises can be made ;-)

I am a 29 year old guy from London. I work in hospitality and I’m a pretty outgoing person who likes socializing and most importantly cooking! Been at the place a few years so it's really homely. I work a mix of day and evening shifts but when around I’m pretty good to hang out with! Would prefer someone whoworks in hospitality sector but anyone is free to get in touch if you like what you hear.

I'm not a clean freak just but as it will only be the two of us I believe in sharing responsibility of everything, good communication and setting our own rules. I'm very easy to get on with and not a stress head! Want someone who is the same.

£575 per month

all bills included, council tax, etc. (except electricity which is pay as you go and is about £15 a month each)

5 minute walk from 24 hour tescos and 2 minute walk to tesco metro and sainsburys
Fully equipped kitchen, Washing machine, dryer etc.
Sound system in front room
Cool neighbours in building
Convenience store/off licence/oyster card directly next door to flat (open from 7am until 10pm) also 24 grocery shop 2 minutes walk from house
Park 30 second walk from house.
Bus stop that takes you pretty much everywhere 2 minute walk away.

ps. I am also fluent in Spanish, so any Spaniards or South Americans who aren't that strong on there English yet I can speak both.
