Lovely large double room in friendly flat share

Heya!

We're are looking for a new pal to join us in our lovely apartment on the 3rd of September.

The apartment has recently been painted throughout, has lots of natural light, wooden floors and a new kitchen and bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms - 1 big one and two smaller ones. We are looking to rent out the larger room at 650 plus bills which roughly come to around 70 a month. The room has tonnes of storage. It's opposite Cambridge Heath station and a short walk to the bethnal green underground.

About us : Belinda and I both work in fashion - I'm 24 and work designing shop windows, and she is 25 and is a Textile Print designer. We enjoy heading out to markets, parks and bars in the local area. We're looking for a social soul for this flat who can join us to make it a home!

We need to have the new tenant asap, so will be holding viewings Saturday (TODAY). You will need to go through the usual agency checks and admin fees - proof of full-time employment, income etc, which will all up cost 230. This is a 12 month lease.
