Lovely flatshare in the heart of Hackney

I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in a lovely, bright, spacious flat right in the middle of everything Hackney has to offer.

The location is great. The flat is 5 mins walk from Broadway Market and Columbia Road, and there are bars and restaurants on our doorstep. Bethnal Green tube (Central line) is about 8 mins walk away and Cambridge Heath Station (trains to Liverpool Street) is about 30 seconds walk away.

The flat itself is an upper maisonette spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a large living room, separate kitchen, large bathroom and an extra toilet and on the top floor are the two bedrooms. We have a private entrance to the flat and there is also space for a bike.

The room is a reasonable sized double that comes with a bed and a large mirrored wardrobe, should you want them. The rest of the house is unfurnished but as I've been living here for a couple of years there is plenty of furniture and it’s nice and cosy. There is still lots of space for extra furniture and pictures if you have any - the more the merrier!

I am easy-going and friendly and would love to live with someone similar. I have a busy social life so I'm out and about a lot, but would love to live with someone who wants to make it homely and share a glass of wine and catch up over a TV show.

The rent is £720 a month and bills come to about £110 a month (utilities, broadband, insurance, council tax etc) and there is a bi-weekly cleaner that we pay for in turns.

There is the usual agency fee for the credit check etc and a deposit. The rent is payable on the first of every month.
