A double room is available in a bright, modern flat in Clapton, E5.

The room is large, with lots of storage which includes two large wardrobes, and private access to the airing cupboard.

All furniture is provided and includes a chest of drawers, a double bed, a bedside table and the two wardrobes.

Additional to the room is an en-suite, with a stand up shower.

We moved into the flat around 18 months ago, at which point it was brand new.

There is a large living room with sofas, and a dining table and a separate kitchen which is also of a decent size. Additional to room available to rent are two other double bedrooms which will remain occupied.

The current occupants are Fraser and Ewan who are both professionals working in the PR and Events industries. The atmosphere in the flat is liberal, relaxed and on the whole social.

Interests are what you might expect: food, drinks, music (gigs + festivals), news, sport, art, cycling, travel etc.

Transport: there are lots of good bus routes close to the flat, as well as easy access to Clapton station (3 min walk) so that a trip to Liverpool St. takes around 15 mins. Stoke Newington High St is 7 mins walk, Church St. around 10 mins walk.

If you do not know Clapton there are many good pubs and restaurants near by (Sodo, The Crooked Billet, Verdens, Windsor Castle).
