Double bed in lovely canal side flat with bathroom

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to join me in this beautiful canalside flat, right in the heart of lovely Haggerston/Shoreditch, as my current housemate (and friend) is moving in with her partner.

The location is about 6 minutes walk along the canal to Broadway Market/London Fields, 5 mins to Columbia Road, 5 mins to Kingsland Road, 15 mins to Dalston. Haggerston and Hoxton are the nearest overground stations (each around 7 minutes away) and there are zillions of buses taking you everywhere you could wish. Old St on the Northern line is only a 20 minute walk as well. Haggerston Park is literally 2 minutes from the flat and is a lovely outdoor space with tennis courts etc. Victoria Park is only 15 mins away. It is an awesome neighbourhood and a brilliant flat. Personally I love all the little bars and restaurants that are springing up along the canal itself.

The flat itself is modern, bright & peaceful - it is inside a clean building, shared spaces are tended weekly by a cleaner, so no clutter or mess in the entryway/stairway etc. Fast Wifi already set up and running.

The flat has double French doors that lead out to a Juliette balcony directly overlooking the canal. By London standards, this is quite a spacious flat (two bathrooms!) You would be taking the second double, which has it’s own (larger) bathroom just for your use, just across the hallway with bath, stand in shower, sink, toilet etc. The room is not massive but is light and airy and has a large built in wardrobe

The flat has considerable closet space & storage, 2x big cupboards in the hall (you could have one to yourself) plus a massive attic space in case you need to store things up there (We have a whole bed frame up there...) The kitchen comes straight off the living room (also overlooking the canal) and the living space is all modern, clean and light.

There is a free parking space if you have a car (and for moving etc). There is also a large, canalside garden available for use by the tenants of the building.

Nearby (within 5 mins) are shops (sainsburys, co-op etc), offies, pubs, bars, coffee shops restaurants, gyms etc.

You would be sharing with myself, Liv, a single woman, working full time – a standard working week – I am clean and tidy, laidback, friendly, and respectful of others and looking for someone similar. I tend to be out and about a lot, but would like the place to be home and enjoy chilling and sharing some food or a glass of wine or a movie etc with whoever I am living with when I am home.

Ideally I would prefer to share with another girl but hey I may as well stay open on this one...

The rent is £825 per month plus bills (which are at £150 all in each for water, elec, wifi and Tv) per month. Monthly cleaner is also included. You would be paying direct to me so no hassle.
