We have a double room available from the beginning of March in the heart of Crouch End.

The room is fully furnished with:
- a double bed and bedside table
- a large built-in wardrobe
- large desk and chair
- full length mirror
- tall shelf unit

The flat:
- is situated on a quiet residential street. Parking is available but permits are required between 10am and 12pm, Mon - Fri.
- has great transport links with Finsbury Park, Harringay, Crouch Hill and buses all close by.
- is within a 10mins walk to The Broadway which has many supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.
- has a private garden (accessed via the lounge).
- contains one other bedroom, one bathroom with bath/shower and WC, separate lounge and kitchen.

We are a relaxed young professional couple (live-in landlords) and we are looking for a professional person who is tidy and considerate.
