Large Double Room in Great Hampstead Flatshare

We are three professionals (2 girls, 1 guy) from the UK and South Africa, and we're looking for a fun professional couple to join us in our big flat in Hampstead.

Its a huge room with an ensuite bathroom so it would suit a couple best (a couple have been living in there for the past four years but get in touch if your a single too). The photo from the street shows the big bay windows of the bedroom.

The house is on a quiet street 10 minutes from either West Hampstead or Hampstead stations, giving easy access to Northern, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Overground lines, plus night buses from downtown.

It's a BIG place with a large living area, four bedrooms and four bathrooms - so there is plenty of room for all of us! Outside is a patio area and big back garden which is fantastic for summer BBQs (we had a lot last year - hopefully the weather is kind again!)

We are a reasonably social bunch so we hang out and have dinner together whenever we are all at home. We often have friends over for bbq's etc and we expect that you will too.

Rent for the room is £810 plus £190 each for the bills (£1190 in total between two). Bills include Internet, utilities, sky, cleaner and all the food and shopping for the house!
