Beautiful DBL ensuite Hampstead House NW3: Sun-Fri

I'm looking for a "monday to friday" housemate in a beautiful arty-type 4 story modern town house in Hampstead / Swiss Cottage (Zone 2) filled with art and musical instruments.

The room is available Sunday evening to Friday afternoon each week (it would not be used at weekends by anyone) as I need the house clear at the weekends for my kids. I travel a lot so I'm away a large amount of the year and when I am, its OK to stay weekends too.

The bedroom is a double, with large built-in cupboards and large bathroom next to it (I have my own bathroom separately).

The street is a very quiet road, with minimal traffic in NW3.

The house is 10 mins walk from beautiful Hampstead Heath and Hampstead Village, 10 minutes walk to West Hampstead and 15 minutes walk from Primrose Hill.

It's 5 mins walk from Finchley Road Tube (Metropolitan and Jubilee) and also from Finchley Road & Frognal (Overground) and very close to the 02 centre with many great restaurants, cinemas, Sainsburys etc and a Waitrose is located next to the station as well.

A top class Japanese restaurant and a top class Italian are also located in my street (very high quality) and a new 'Friends' type coffee shop has also opened on the corner.

It is possible to park bikes / motorbikes in the drive, and also a visitors car as well. But if you use a car, then a separate arrangement would be needed for a full time parking space, or a permit for the street (easily obtainable and spaces available).

I work in the music business (on the business side, not a musician).

I'm looking for someone easy-going, friendly and tidy! (I like it tidy...).

If its less than a 3 month period, the rental rate would be higher.
