Lovely double room in Hampstead

We're looking for a new (preferably female) housemate to move in asap to our 3-bedroom flat in Hampstead. The room is a properly sized double (easily fits double bed, wardrobe, drawers etc, with plenty of floor space left) and comes with a small wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat is split-level, on the top floors of a period conversion so has a real homely feel. It also has a large front room, separate from the kitchen.

There are two bathrooms so you would be sharing yours with just the other female.

The flat is only a 5 minute walk from both Hampstead tube and Hampstead Heath Overground. It's a lovely area, and we are walking distance from the shops, pubs and the heath!

You would be living with 1 female and 1 male professional, aged 28 and 30. It's not a party house, but we often share a glass of wine together and have friends back and socialise - it's a nice home rather than just a crash pad.
