It is a 5 minute 0. 3 mile walk to Finchley Road station according to google maps (Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines, 10 minutes to Baker Street, 12 Minutes to Bond Street)

It is a 5 minute 0. 3 mile walk to Finchley and Frognal Station (Overground) and a 13 minute 0. 6 mile walk to Hampstead station (Northern Line).

The flat is a short walk from Hampstead village, Hampstead Heath, Kilburn High Rd Regents Park and Parliament Hill, but most importantly is a 6 minute 0. 3 mile walk to a Sainsbury's and Waitrose Superstore.

Rent is just under £625PCM, Bills NOT included but seen as the property is shared, bills work out at a reasonable price.

Current tenants are my lovely University College Falmouth pals and my Brother.
