- full week rental at £300 per week
- four/five-day rental at £250 per week

I have one double room available in Hampstead.

The room is in a large duplex flat, situated on the ground and first floor of a period house. It is located right in the heart of Hampstead; on a very quiet street, close to the shops and a two-minute walk from the Heath. The flat has its own entry door that leads into a large, modern well-kept garden with an outdoor table and chairs.

The entire flat is fully renovated in a modern style with all the furniture and amenities you need.

The flat has a fully-equipped kitchen, with a large dining room table. The kitchen contains a dish-washer, washing machine, microwave, cookers/oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, etc.

There are two bathrooms, each with a bath, power shower, toilet and sink. One bathroom could be for the exclusive use of the lodger.

There is a large, bright living room, with a patio off the living room that is separate to the garden. The living room has a big plasma screen TV that has the SKY entertainment package.

The flat has Wi-Fi and super-fast broadband.

The bedroom is very large and bright, and fully furnished. It contains a double bed (with a new mattress), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and lamps, a very large window with a blackout blind and modern decoration.

There is a weekly cleaner.

There are two, very-friendly Chihuahua dogs.

I am a professional and work in an office four-days per week, with one week-day working at home.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED.

LOCATION AREA AND TRANSPORT:
The flat is very close to all Hampstead's pubs, restaurants and shops, including Tesco’s and Marks & Spencer for food shopping.

The flat is a 7 minute-walk from Hampstead tube station and a 5 minute-walk from Hampstead Heath overland train station. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk (lots of buses to Camden and Central London).

I require one-month deposit (refundable) and one-month rent in advance. Six months minimum stay.

The price of the room is £300 per week for a full week rental or £250 per week to rent the room for four or five weekdays.
