Hello! We are looking for new housemates to join us in a beautiful Georgian terraced house situated on a quiet residential street overlooking Hampstead Heath.
A few of us are moving on at the end of the lease, so you and the other new tenants will have a chance to select new housemates in October when the lease is renewed.
We have a large double room, with bath/shower en-suite available from the beginning of August. The room is bright, spacious and has plenty of storage space and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
The room benefits from high ceilings, wooden floors and south-facing windows for bright days, and blackout blinds for a good night's sleep.
The house is about 5 mins walk from both Hampstead Heath and Gospel Oak overground stations, and around 9 mins from Belsize Park tube (Northern Line).
Get in touch if this sounds good to you, and we can have a chat. We are 5 sociable types (3 girls and 2 boys) who enjoy spending time with friends in the neighbourhood, the occasional bbq/party and are partial to a nice pub lunch in the surrounding area.
The property benefits from many original features with stylish wood floors, high ceilings, neutral decor and 6 large double bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. The main bathroom also includes a jacuzzi!
We also have a garden shed for secure storage of bikes and other outdoor stuff.
