Hampstead Heath - friendly flatshare

Hello there!

I've been living here for over a year and my lovely flatmate is about to move out so I'm looking for a new one!

The flat is compact but cosy, and is in one of the safest and most lovely areas of London. The room for rent is high-ceilinged, light and quiet, with pretty views of Heath trees through the window. The open-plan living and dining area are good for relaxing in, and the bathtub has cool feet!

The location is amazing, and is the real attraction for me: we're a 3 minute stroll from the beautiful Heath, where you can walk, jog, kite-fly, meditate, blackberry-pick, sunbathe, sledge, picnic, birdwatch, swim, fish, juggle, and generally enjoy life to your heart's content. The flat is also close to Hampstead Heath overground, Belsize Park tube, lots of buses, and all the cafes, shops and restaurants of Hampstead (as well as the Royal Free Hospital, in case of medical emergency...).

I am a secondary school teacher, which I love, and which also means I keep any domestic socialising fairly low-key during the working week in order to conserve vital energy! From time to time I like hosting dinners and get-togethers (of the fairylights-and-wine variety, rather than crazed raves) and would love to live with someone game for joining in with and/or initiating that kind of thing sometimes.

If you're interested, please get in touch telling me a bit about yourself and then we can arrange for you to come over for a cup of tea/wine and to see the flat. Moving-in date has some flexibility btw.
