2 doubles available in spacious multi-level flat

Hi there,

We are two creative professionals and friends in our early 30s who have secured this great multi-level flat in Belsize Park/Hampstead Heath.

But we need two more flatmates! Could one of them be you? - UPDATE, one down, one to go!

The shared areas of the house will be more or less furnished (welcome to contribute), but bedrooms are unfurnished.

The flat has great communal spaces (separate large kitchen/diner and lounge, both with wooden floors) and a west-facing roof terrace as well! It really is a beautiful space, all internal areas are bright and airy, with high ceilings and large windows. The street is nice and quiet, and right around the corner from Hampstead Heath. The rooms available are both big double rooms, unfurnished, and the cost is £795pcm plus bills (approx £75 pcm but this will fluctuate with the seasons). The layout of the flat means that each room is quite private, though you would be sharing a bathroom with two others.

The en-suite top floor room has already been spoken for, and likewise the room with built-in wardrobes and a sink (1st floor rear), but the two rooms still available are also really nice, good-sized rooms (with built in cupboard)- UPDATE - the one room left available is next to the lounge on the floorplan.

There is resident zone parking in the area outside.

We would prefer one guy and one girl to keep numbers even but we are flexible on this. We are looking to have a sociable house and share some films and dinners, discussions over the dining table, that sort of thing. Our idea of parties is more likely to be of the dinner/ BBQ kind than raves!
