As for the current tenants, there are 2 girls and a boy age 27-35, all working full time. The person we are looking for is someone who is also working/studying full time, friendly and fun to be around, tidy and respectful. There is a good athomosphere in the house and we hope to find someone who will feel happy coming home and share a good laugh or a glass of wine with us.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential street of Hendon, only a short walk from local amenities (Tesco, post office, restaurants), public transportation (bus 143, 326, 183, 240 and Hendon Central Station are 5-10 min walk) and Middlesex University Hendon Campus.

The room benefits from a double bed, large wardrobe, computer desk, leather sofa, coffee table, 2 chest of drawers, large eat-in kitchen, gas central heating and double glazed windows. The bathroom is shared only with 1 person.

The rent is £185/pw for a single person and £200/pw for couples and includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, TV license and internet) as well as council tax.
