There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms of which one double room that is available for rent which is perfect for a single person who would like easy access to the city within 30 mins reach at a more affordable price compared to something more centrally.

The apartment consists of a share kitchen / living area with a 46" LED TV, Sky HD TV with Entertainment+, Sports and Movies. There is also unlimited fibre broadband. In the Kitchen there is a fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.

There is a Washer-Dryer in a separate cupboard.

Outside, we have a balcony, Shared communal garden and a lovely roof top terrace with wonderful views of Wembley Stadium, and the Welsh Harpe reservoir.

The area is very much up and coming, next to a lake which makes it special as you wouldnt feel like you are in London. It can be very calm and peaceful. There is also a very nice park close by within 5 mins walking distance and a sailing club should one choose to do some water sports.

Underground parking available for guests or as permanent spot for tenant upon request and agreeing terms.

The apartment is located within 10mins walking distance to Hendon Station which is a Thameslink (previously First Capital Connect) line. This has good links to both Luton and Gatwick Airport and Kentish Town, West Hampstead, St Pancreas and Blackfriars. Train approx times are as follows:
