Large double bedroom with en suite for 3 months

We are a couple who are looking to leave our room in June, and looking for someone or a couple to replace us until the contract runs out on the 22nd September.

The bedroom is available for couples or singles. It is a big room, with large bay windows which gets sunlight all day, and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, two wardrobes with drawers and shelves inside, an extra set of six large drawers, two big cupboards and a dresser, and there is still plenty of space for loads more furniture.

The room has an en suite, complete with a big shower, sink, toilet and loads of cupboards and storage.

The house is located in a friendly neighbourhood, 3 minutes walk from Hendon railway station (for the Thamlesink, which is a quick transport link into central London), and 15 minutes walk from Hendon Central tube station and Middlesex university. It is minutes from all amenities, both in Hendon Central and along West Hendon Broadway. Brent Cross shopping centre is also 20 minutes walk away.

The house comes equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, as well as a fridge, two freezers, gas cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There's plenty of social space, with an open kitchen and dining room area, and a large living room with bay windows. There is also a large grass garden and patio, with chairs and table.

Fellow housemates are clean, quiet and considerate, as well as being friendly and easy going.

We currently pay in total £155 a week, which is split between us (so £77. 50 pw each). The deposit is £625 each, so couples must pay this individually.
