Double room available in a lovely garden flat in Hendon available from Mid May (Could be June if more convenient) The flat is 3 minutes walk to Hendon Central tube station and 12 minutes walk to the overground which takes you into central London in 15 minutes. Lots of bus connections at the end of the road too. Plenty of local shops and supermarkets and Brent Cross shopping centre is a 3 minute walk away. The room is unfurnished and measures 8' x 11'6" with a big built in wardrobe. You’d be sharing with a couple that are easy going, works in Music and Theatre and we’d want it to be as much your home too. The rest of the flat is fully furnished. We have sole use of the garden that has fig and apple trees, garden furniture and a big BBQ! We have a gardener once a month included in the rent and there’s also street parking. The flat was converted 3 years ago so everything is new and in perfect condition.
