Student House Near Middlesex Uni Needs 1 More

Hi there, we are 4 friendly photography students at Middlesex looking for another house mate so that we can keep our house for third year!

It's a great house so we're really keen not to lose it. The room is large with double bed, wardrobes and bed side cabinet, and a large storage space cupboard.

The house includes two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet, lounge, kitchen with all appliances (toaster, microwave, etc etc..) we have all the plates and cutlery you'll need!

Fibre optic broadband which is £8 each a month, gas and electric is £24 each a month.

Our land lady is really nice and we're fine with smokers.

Ideally we need another student for council tax purposes, if you are not a student interested in the room please bare in mind you will have to pay the council tax bill - although you would get a 25% discount because the rest of us are students. This would add approximately £70 more to the rent monthly.

The house is ideal for a Middlesex student as it is only ten minutes walk from the university, however there is a bus stop which serves night bus 2 minutes walk at Watford Way and easy access to Hendon Central & Colindale Tube, Hendon & Mill Hill rail stations if you are a student from elsewhere.

We need a housemate to have signed the contract and moved in by the 9th of August. The deposit is one months rent, plus the rent for the month of August when you move in. This house is an extremely good deal, it was very hard to find a 5 bed room with all large rooms, good facilities and without any cons (no top up electricity meter which can cost you 5 x as much in bills, no issues with house, no bugs, and always warm!!) this is very difficult to find in a student house at this price.
