The room is suitable for 1 person, professional. Couples will be considered (higher price then).
I am looking for someone working or studying, someone reliable, responsible, and very CLEAN AND TIDY, non- smoker/s only. No pets in the flat.
The atmosphere in the flat is nice, friendly so I expect the same from you.
PAYMENT FOR 2 WEEKS DEPOSIT AND 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED.
The flat is 10 minutes to Hendon Central underground and 5 min to Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Very easy access to Central London (35min)!
