Double room in a big house, 620/570 p.c.m.

We are looking for 2 new housemates for our house just opposite Hendon Park. Close to Brent Cross(less than 10minutes walk) and Hendon Central tube stations(slightly longer much nicer walk through Hendon Park), the house includes a big living room, where we like to spend some time together. Also, when the weather allows it we enjoy BBQs in our garden.

We are from Greece, Spain and England, and we work in a variety of areas as hospitality, arts and construction. Two of our current housemates are living so we hope we could find nice, sociable and reliable people to take over their place in the house.

Both bedrooms are double, one is alocated on the ground floor (570 p. c. m) and the other one is on the first floor(620 p. c. m). Both rents include the Council tax and when it comes to the rest of the bills they sum an average of 50pounds per month.

House has 1big bathroom and two toilets, garage, kitchen, bright and spacious living room and a back garden.
