Double, bright, quiet room overlooking back garden

The room overlooks the back garden in a quiet residential street. It is an upstairs room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room has a large window overlooking our flower-filled garden. There is free WiFi and utility bills are included, plus a cleaner every two weeks. The room would suit a professional person, either full-time or Monday to Friday.

We have two leisure rooms - a front living room with TV - and a conservatory garden room, which leads out onto the relaxing patio and garden. We are keen gardeners and there are many flowers and vegetables.

There is a recently refurbished bathroom and separate toilet.

Free parking is available in the street.

There are frequent buses nearby and Hendon Central Tube on the Northern Line is 8 or 9 minutes walk away. It is a good location for access to Central London.

Our neighbourhood is a safe residential area. There are plenty of shops and cafes within a few minutes walk. Hendon Park is also a few minutes walk away, with tennis courts, a cafe and outdoor exercise equipment.

Brent Cross shopping centre is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away across the park.

Middlesex University and the library are also 20 minutes walk away. VirginActive gymnasium and pool are at Hendon Central.
