Hello!

I am a 26 year old professional female and have a double room with large bathroom available to rent in a modern and very spacious apartment. My current flatmate and I have lived here for two years but she will be leaving in November to travel abroad. I am looking for female applicants only please.

Although the pictured bathroom is not directly adjoined to the bedroom, there are two bathrooms, so there is effectively one per flatmate.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and living room and balcony with access from the kitchen and living room. Double glazing and wooden flooring and secure underground parking.

The building is a modern recently built mansion building and has an intercom entrance and lift. The apartment is very quiet as it completely faces the communal garden area in the interior of the building and offers great living space.

The apartment is a 5 min walk from Middlesex University and the Sunny Hill Park and has 24 Hour bus links right outside the main entrance of the building. Underground Tube stations Hendon Central and Colindale are also a short walk away.

The room is offered furnished and in excellent condition. Electricity not included.

The room will be available to rent from: 09. Nov. 2014.
