Small Single Room Amazing House

Dear all,

A room has become available in our homey house right across the road from Brent Cross shopping centre and 5 mins walk to Brent Cross tube st. And Hendon Central We also have a cosy living room which looks onto a big garden. The living room has its nice little perks with sky TV, an xbox, big sofa and alcohol always lying about the place.



Current tenants - there are 4 rooms in the house in total. Currently there are 2 girls and a boy living here all of which are really chilled out. One of the girls (30) works in care and does the usual 9-5, one in property (29)who also does 9-6 and the boy (26) works for a engineering company . We do get along really well and have our own lives too. We regularly go out, share unhelpful dating/relationship advice and one of the girls watches EastEnders so if you are into that type of thing you have your evenings sorted.



The nitty gritty - We are looking for a young professional who is between 20-34 years old and in some sort of professional employment. The main reason for this is that we want to manage expectations as we all work hard and do like to enjoy life at the same time! It's not a wild party house but there are occasions when we have friends over and the new tenant is more than welcome to do the same. Now even though we don't have a problem with the occasional house party and having friends over, we don't t want somebody who is going to have their bf/gf over every night for obvious reasons. Finally, there is a clean as you go rule in the house and we have a cleaning rota so you have to remember when it's your turn to clean otherwise you will get beats from one of the girls haha. all bills are included beside gas and electricity.
