£230 pw is charged for two people sharing and staying for less than a month but at least two weeks.
£220 is charged for one person, if staying for less than a month.
Rent includes: utility bills (water, electricity, gas); TV licence and Wi-Fi. Council tax is not charged for the first three months (band F).
Excellent decor! Free access to digital TV. Sky TV is available in the double room but an additional monthly subscription for 'multi-room' is payable to BSkyB.
Central heating is available during the cold/winter months. Minimum stay is 1 month.
