I have a room available in my gorgeous 4 bed house in Highams Park. V close to transport links. The mainline station is 2 mins walk and takes 20mins to Liverpool street. There are bus links with a short journey to victoria line-walthamstow, and central line-leytonstone, both 15 mins from oxford circus, and the bus stop is right outside the house! The house has wooden floors throughout, gorgeous feature fireplaces, dining room with open plan kitchen and downstairs loo. There is a lovely garden with a patio, fruit trees etc.

The room is a double with painted wood floor, an original fireplace, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and double bed. The rent (£475 pcm negotiable) includes all bills and also includes cable tv, wireless broadband internet.
