5 bedroom Victorian Town House two minutes walk from Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line) and Drayton Park (London Overground) and just a 10minute walk to Highbury & Islington (London Overground/Victoria)
We are a short walk from Highbury Fields, which is a perfect place for a picnic/BBQ in the summer. The house is also within a 1 mile radius of plenty of great drinking establishments, restaurants, supermarkets & gyms.
The house is a great size for 5, plenty of communal space with a small garden.
The room is spacious with a wardrobe, lots of shelving and a chest of drawers. Big window offering ots of natural light!

The room will be available from 11th June. Rent is £713 per month and Bills are £95 a month this includes all utility bills, Virgin broadband and TiVo, cleaner & all shared household items etc.

About us
You will have the pleasure of living with 4 great girls aged 25 to 28. We all get on fantastically so it's important for us to have someone who wants to be apart of our home as opposed to just renting a room. We are looking for a professional female who is clean and tidy and wants to hang out with housemates from time to time, although we do all have our own separate lives as well.
