Lovely, large en-suite room
Hi,
We're looking for a new flatmate. You'll be sharing with a female, a couple (32 and 34), a cat and a dog. We have a garden, a downstairs bathroom, a Jack and Jill shower room upstairs, a large kitchen and a lounge/ dining room. Bills are not included in the rent and come to around £75 a month.
The house is a 6 minute walk to Hither Green Station where there are frequent trains into central London. It takes 10 minutes to London Bridge, about 15 minutes to Waterloo East and 20 minutes to Charing Cross/ Cannon Street. We're about a 15 minute walk into Lewisham where you can jump on a number of buses and the DLR.
The room is very big and there is a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and plenty of shelves.
