We're looking for a new housemate to fill a double room in our lovely Hither Green house share.

The housemates : Between us, we're in our mid twenties to early thirties and work in the creative arts. It's a relaxed, mature, sociable and friendly household, and we're looking for someone similar to come and join our lovely abode.

The house: It's a gorgeous Victorian terrace with 4 bedrooms in total. We have a bathroom, living room, separate dining room that goes through into the kitchen, and a garden space at the back.

The room: It's a good sized double, and comes with a wardrobe. A double bed can be included as current tenant may look to sell. The rent is £410pcm, and bills are approx £60-80 PM depending on the time of year. The deposit is £410. We can't accept DSS or full time students.

The area: Hither Green station is just a few minutes walk away, with quick connections into town. Trains go to Lewisham, New Cross, London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo and Charing Cross, you can be in the centre in 15 mins! Lewisham has access to the DLR, and you can also change at New Cross station to hop on the orange line taking you East.
There's plenty of nice green spaces near us too, including Blackheath and Hilly Fields, and Hither Green itself has a nice gastro pub, deli and flower shop. For the weekly shop, there's a Sainsburys and Lidl within 10 minutes walking distance and a massive Tesco's in Lewisham which you can get to easily. There are also cornershops and a small co-op minutes away for the everyday essentials. And if you're into your fitness, Lewisham has a recently opened gym right by the station - Glass Mill.
