We are looking to rent out a large bright double bedroom (no couples please) in our friendly flat. We are a short walk from hither green station (zone 3) and we are lucky enough to have an Aldi, tesco and a co-op all in walking distance as well as a local pub with a killer roast. We have a shared large garden that is lovely in the summer and a large park with public tennis courts a two minute walk away. The rent of £550 is all in bills and council tax included.
