Arts Lovers, Warehouse Conversion

We have a wonderful Warehouse Conversion in Hither Green, very safe and nice area with Convenient stores, cafes, markets. 10min by Train to London Bridge, 15min to Charing Cross. Very central, super easy to commute to Central London, lots of night bus from Trafalger square even you miss last train(BR run until 1am though).

We have 2 roof terrace overlooking London View, 6 small single rooms and a dance space. Living space and Kitchen, bathroom to share. Very clean and tidy. We have 2 Italian guys, 1 Spanish guy, 1 English guy, 1 Bergian guy and 1 Japanese girl. Occupation is also various, Fashion designer, Atchitect, Musicians, Exercise instructor, Dancer.. We are sll very friendly and clean and tidy, respect others, but also enjoy spend time together too.
We love arts and artistic people are always super welcome. We love our flatmates like a family.

Shared kitchen has oven/microwave/washing machine/tumble dryer etc, all working in super condition.

We have cats, so cats lover is welcomed.

Smokers are welcome but only smokable in the terrace please.
Bicycles are possible to park in the building.

We are looking for only serious hard working person who can respect others and clean shared space. No students or freelance who work from home. Also no party people/drink/drug please.

A Single room will be available from 17th of April, room is very small with a single bed, desk and chair, wordrobe and a chest. Minimum simple life.

Rent is £420/month, including all bills (Water/Council Tax) and internet connection, excluding Electricity (£40/winter, £30/summer).
1month deposit required.
minimum 9months.
