Bright Double, Nr Station, Quiet House With Garden
Nice double room overlooking garden. Furnished including super comfy pocket sprung and latex mattress! Reasonably sized room with decent storage units. In a 3 bed house. 1 room is used as storage/office. Living with thirty something professional guy. My partner is still resident but working abroad for the foreseeable. She is back fairly regularly at weekends although sometimes I go there.
We are on a quiet residential street in leafy Hither Green 5 minutes from the station. Great connections to the city (London bridge, Waterloo and Cannon Street in 10-20 minutes), docklands (change at Lewisham for Canary Wharf) and Charing Cross for the west end. The area has a nice Pub, cafes, conveniences and parks. Also Blackheath and Greenwich are not far.
Looking for an easy going responsible and tidy/houseproud house mate. We’re not really party people but enjoy bbqs in the garden, chilling over a movie or a glass of wine. You must be a dog lover. We have a very playful young Jack Russell. Any help you can give with dog sitting/walking and we can probably cut you a deal on the rent! Available to January. will consider shorter lets. £650 pcm including all bills.
